tblTypeInfo contains effects of cited references on types. 

   TypeInfoID, integer, 4 bytes, identifier for type of information
   SpeciesSeqNum, integer, 1 byte, sequence of choices for species-group ranks
   GenusSeqNum, integer, 1 byte, sequence of choices for genus-group ranks
   FamilySeqNum, integer, 1 byte, sequence of choices for family-group ranks
   Description, text, 40 characters maximum, description of the effect
