   TConceptID, int, primary key
   TaxonNameID, int
   RefID, int, = tblRefs.RefID
   Revision, smallint
   Status, tinyint, (current, superceded, invalid, other states?)
   LastUpdate, smalldatetime, date and time of last update
   ModifiedBy, integer, 2 bytes, UserID of the signon that made the change
