tblSpecimenStatus contains lost, lost?, missing, missing?, etc.

  • SpecimenStatusID, integer, 4 bytes, identifier for the status
  • Status, text, 20 characters maximum
    • 0 = presumed OK
    • 1 = missing
    • 2 = destroyed
    • 3 = lost
    • 4 = unknown
    • 5 = missing?
    • 6 = destroyed?
    • 7 = lost?
    • 8 = damaged
    • 9 = damaged?
    • 10 = no data entered
