tblForeignTNameIDs, LSIDs issued by other entities such as Species 2000 and ZooBank (for possible future development). 

   SciNameID, int, = tblSciNames.SciNameID
   ForeignURN, varchar(1000), text of a urn for an LSID provided by a database other than this one.
   LastUpdate, smalldatetime
   ModifiedBy, smallint, = tblAuthorizedUsers.UserID
