       0 = unspecified
       1 = unchanged
       2 = new
       3 = restored
       4 = expanded
       5 = shrunk
       6 = otherwise modified
       7 = terminated
       8 = transferred
   Name, text, 20 characters maximum
   Explanation, text, 100 characters maximum
